Hum apne customers ko behtareen quality dene ke liye commitment karte hain. Agar aapko hamare product (fuel sender) mein koi dikkat milti hai, toh hamari replacement policy is tarah kaam karegi:

1. Replacement ki Shartein (Eligibility):

Manufacturing Defect: Agar product mein koi technical kharabi ho.

Wrong Product: Agar aapko galat model (Wego ki jagah kuch aur) bhej diya gaya ho.

Transit Damage: Agar delivery ke waqt product toota hua mila ho.

2. Policy ki Time Limit:

Yeh policy product delivery ke din se agle 3 dino tak valid hai. 3 din ke baad koi bhi replacement request accept nahi ki jayegi.

3. Replacement ke Liye Zaroori Baatein:

Product ka Original Box/Packaging hona chahiye.

Product par koi extra scratches ya fitting ke waqt zabardasti ki gayi tod-fod nahi honi chahiye.

Aapke paas purchase ka Bill/Invoice hona zaroori hai.

4. Process (Kaise Karein):

Humein hamare helpline number ya email par product ki photo/video ke saath message karein.

Hamari team 24-48 ghanton mein aapke issue ko verify karke replacement approve kar degi.

Note: Yeh sirf replacement policy hai, paise wapas (Refund) nahi diye jayenge. Purana defective part wapas lene ke baad hi naya part bheja jayega.
